Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

541 Home Sales (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or our Agent Offer CRM and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, and messages you send (for example, tour requests).
  • Activity on this site: homes you view, save, or share, searches you run or save, and pages you visit, so we can send relevant listings and follow up on homes you're interested in.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, IP address, referring site, and cookies that keep you signed in.

How we use it

  • To respond to your requests and help you buy or sell real estate.
  • To send listing alerts, saved-search emails, and updates you ask for.
  • To send text messages, only if you opt in (see below).
  • To improve the website and keep it secure.

We keep your contact details, saved homes, and communication history in our own customer relationship management system, and use service providers to deliver email and text messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about homes, your search, and appointments, including automated messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email delivery, and our CRM), with other parties to a real estate transaction at your direction, or when required by law.

Google account connections

CRM team members may connect their own Google account. With their permission, we access Google account identity, Gmail message headers and relevant message content, attachment information, Google Calendar events, and availability. We use this access to record client communication, identify transaction updates such as offers and addenda, file attachments the user selects, send CRM email through Gmail, and synchronize appointments. We initially check the last 30 days of mail and then check for new messages. Unrelated email content is not stored in the CRM. Google permissions apply to the mailbox; our matching rules determine what we retain.

Transaction classification uses rules. If you choose CRM AI assistance, communication or documents included in that feature may be processed by our configured AI service to provide the requested assistance. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access is limited to authorized CRM users and the circumstances permitted by that policy, such as your consent, security investigation, or legal requirements.

Google tokens are encrypted at rest. Retained email, selected attachments, and appointment data are stored with our CRM and its hosting providers to support the requested real estate workflow. Transaction review queues are private to the connected CRM user; filed documents and contact history follow the CRM's access permissions. You may disable individual sync features or disconnect in Team → Your profile → Google, or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection tokens and stops future sync; it does not remove previously filed records or calendar events. Request deletion of retained Google data by contacting cody@541homesales.com. We retain transaction records while needed for the transaction, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and requested CRM services; we remove other retained Google data when no longer needed or on a valid deletion request.

Marketing account connections

CRM team members may connect their Facebook business Pages, linked Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, and Pinterest accounts. With their permission, the marketing studio uses account identifiers, encrypted access and refresh tokens, selected boards or channel preferences, and post statistics to publish the content they approve, run enabled listing automations, and report performance. YouTube access includes uploading videos and reading channel and video information. Our studio uses YouTube API Services; use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Disconnect an account in Marketing studio → Connections to delete its stored connection tokens and stop future publishing. You can also revoke permissions with the social network, including through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published to a social network. Contact cody@541homesales.com to request deletion of retained account information and statistics.

Approved mailing campaigns send recipient names and postal addresses, postcard artwork, and order instructions to PostcardMania for printing and mailing. We retain the campaign, order reference, and mail-tracking events in our CRM. Property links and QR codes measure visits to help sellers understand their listing marketing. We do not sell social account data or use Google user data to train AI models.
